Vendor Terms
Welcome to our Bulk Official Meta API Messaging Web Portal (“Platform”). These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our services by vendors, resellers, partners, and business clients (“Vendor”, “You”, “Your”).
By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Service Description
Our Platform provides official messaging services using the Meta Platforms Official API, including:
Bulk WhatsApp Messaging
WhatsApp Business Cloud API Integration
Template Message Management
Automation & Chatbot Services
CRM Integration
Campaign Analytics
All services operate in compliance with Meta Business Messaging Policies.
2. Vendor Eligibility
To use our Platform, Vendors must:
Be legally registered business entities
Provide valid GST / Tax registration (if applicable)
Use approved WhatsApp Business accounts
Comply with local and international messaging regulations
We reserve the right to verify vendor information at any time.
3. Compliance with Meta Policies
Vendors must strictly follow:
WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
Meta Platforms Commerce Policy
Data Protection and Privacy Laws (including GDPR where applicable)
Non-compliance may result in:
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Reporting to Meta
We are not responsible for account bans caused by vendor violations.
4. Prohibited Content
Vendors shall NOT send:
Spam or unsolicited messages
Adult, gambling, or illegal content
Financial fraud or misleading offers
Political propaganda (without approval)
Malware or phishing links
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Message Template Approval
All bulk messages must:
Be approved by Meta before sending
Clearly identify the business
Provide opt-out options
Template rejection is controlled by Meta’s automated review system. We do not guarantee approval.
6. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on message category and conversation charges defined by Meta.
All payments must be made in advance.
Charges are non-refundable once messages are processed.
Taxes (GST/VAT) will be applied as per government regulations.
We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Vendors are responsible for obtaining customer consent before messaging.
We process data as a technology intermediary only.
We do not sell or share customer data.
Vendors must comply with applicable privacy laws.
Data misuse will result in immediate suspension.
8. Platform Usage
Vendors agree:
Not to misuse APIs
Not to attempt system hacking or reverse engineering
Not to create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
To maintain account confidentiality
System abuse may lead to legal action.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime. However:
Downtime may occur due to Meta server issues
Scheduled maintenance may be performed
We are not liable for third-party outages
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend accounts violating policies
Terminate services without prior notice for severe violations
Report fraudulent activities
Outstanding dues must be cleared before reactivation.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Business losses due to message rejection
Account bans by Meta
Indirect or consequential damages
Delivery delays caused by Meta infrastructure
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
12. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims arising due to:
Policy violations
Illegal content
Data misuse
Customer disputes
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in TN, India.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
